Jan Erik Horgen is a business owner and trusted advisor in Norway and internationally, to national and local government as well as for other business owners.
He has a unique skill set combining finance and business acumen with deep understanding of governance, portfolio selection, programme steering and project management, having led the Norwegian delegation at several international ISO conferences.

He has been a member of the board of the billion dollar transportation company Det Stavangerske Dampskibsselskap (DSD AS) since 2015. He has C-suite management experience as head of the Product Division in NYSE-listed Vimpelcom, that he helped build to become Russia’s largest mobile network operator.
He has been a partner in a leading Norwegian consulting firm, growing it 10x in 7 years. Since 2016 he combines board membership, consulting and business investing, among other things as part owner of several wine estates in Piemonte, Italy.
